Talking about mental health is difficult. It's uncomfortable, and often becomes a topic that gets swept under a rug, and dealt with in silence.

Find Your Anchor is a non-profit that raises awareness and through education, and seeks to create and connect a community who will share in the responsibility and burden of suicide, to ultimately suicide prevention.

We created this brand explainer video to further Find Your Anchor's digital presence, and their mission to prevent suicide.
